生日快乐，不外乎如此

本姐的生日刚过了11天
今年并没有像去年那样怀着等待的心情
所以也没把自己牵入忧郁里
用平常心对待，开心很多呢！
是不是每年都可以抱着这样的心情度过呢？

生日前夕，没人约，也没有上网，而且很早就睡了
没有寿星婆的兴奋，也没有落寞的坏心情
在公司边工作边上网，下午意外收到干妹妹的问候
原来她回来槟城假期数日，于是约了是晚一起晚餐
没有蛋糕的免费晚餐，不像庆祝的相聚
在气氛很好的Blogger里，两人躺在沙发上聊着天
愉快的心情，轻松的话题，好舒服呢！

还有一班老知己——咏诗、淑凌、凤珊、秀玲和胜球
在我生日前后两度尝试为我庆生
哈哈哈！却两次都没有搞出庆祝的气氛来
但我依然感激，可以和你们在一起，
不用特意庆祝都一样开心
没有避忌地胡乱聊着、闹着
大家已经像家人一样
惊喜与否已没那么重要
那一份诚意我绝对感受到
知道我最近发姣学化妆就给我送了卸妆水和眼线笔
挺用心的呢！
当然也不忘了感谢胜秋送给我戴老师的书，
戴老师自中学就是我喜爱的激励书籍作者之一呢！

今年，惊喜也是有的
在我的生日过了六天后，
Adele 和我说她认识了一位认识我的朋友
搞得很神秘，不让我知道是何方神圣
原本约好了周三晚餐，却因我临时须加班
到了要放工时我才不得不通知她我得放飞机
隔天Adele又约，说那朋友特意在槟城留宿多一天，只为见我一面
所以隔天晚上我赴约了
到了那里竟看到我意想不到的人
后来才意思到发生什么事
哈哈哈！Ah Tang 还要加上Adele，鬼点子真多
我被骗出来了，延后了7天，我根本没有料到还会有任何庆生
结果，和我联络的Adele竟是没有出席的
我真的很容易被骗咧！ ><
可以想像我临时放飞机的前一晚给大家带来了多少的麻烦
paiseh!真不好意思咧！！！
亲爱的同学们，真没想到这么快又可以和大家聚在一起

感恩，我身边围绕着很多在乎我的朋友呢！

班代表

这个位子，一坐就是四年了。话说回来，这个位子是凭手段夺回来的，挺不光彩。HL是我母校的学长，也是我的直系学长。母校大专校友会每年都会为入学的新生安排关怀学长姐，HL是三个学长姐中最热心的。后来，我才得知他是班代表，难怪学姐们都说他在学校蛮有名。当时，他很直接地问我有没兴趣当班代表。我笑问：“想当就可以当吗？”他说：“你若想当我就有办法让你当。”那是我步入大学接触到的第一个政治黑暗面。据知，这种玩手段的投票方式是一代传一代的，所以自好几年前，我校各科系的主要代表都是华人。那其实当班代表有什么好处呢？没有活动分数拿，没有文凭认证，更不会有钱拿，那为什么我们这群华人就是要将他视为囊中物不可？为了拥有被崇拜的感觉？不要傻啦！:-/ HL说我们背负了为自己社群付出的使命感，为的是确保自己的社群不会错过任何重要讯息。（喔！有种伟大壮烈捐躯的感觉！XD）他请我在班上再觅一个男拍档，我对班上仅有的四个华裔男生看了看，过后硬着头皮问了我觉得最有可能向我点头的对象意愿。我的眼光挺准的，哈哈哈！Clarian 问了几个问题后就很坦率地点头说OK了!后来，在全班华人的合作下，我当上了正班长，Clarian则是副班长。

我不是一个好的领导者，打从一开始就把Clarian忽略，习惯性的把所有工作都自己扛起来。有朋友劝过我把工作分出来一起分担，别让自己忙坏了。那时我尝试了把工作交给Clarian：请他向同学收钱。他副班长的身份早已就被我埋没了，结果他向同学要钱时，换来的却是一双双疑惑的眼神和尴尬的问题：“为什么是你来收钱的？”，大家似乎都记不起来他是副班长了。这一点我挺愧疚的。读了OB后懂了，好的领导者应该懂得信任并给他人机会发挥，而不是有能力将所有工作都办好。所以，继 Clarian 之后，希望我真的成长了，没再成就另一个受害者咯！

当班长我觉得最失败是无法团结人心。某阵子偶尔会听到消息说，学长姐又一起出游去哪里哪里了，或者其他班又一起去了哪里哪里，我懊恼为什么我班都没有。班上只有50人，竟可区成六、七派！大概两年前吧，也忘了是什么因缘，Tang 当起了班上的“联谊代表”，常常将华人聚集起来搞生日惊喜。从此班上华裔变得更融洽相处，偶尔还会相约过节趴趴走。后来，Tang 还当起了羽球队的主席，大家又多了课外联络感情的固定活动了。T.T

坐上了这个位子让我迅速成长了。讯息一旦传到了我的手上，我必须确保班上的每一个人都没有错过。所以，那年我必须突破的首要障碍就是面对人群说话。刚开始总是要思量好久才有勇气顶起颤抖的身躯站出去说话，现在都没在怕了。接着，就是学会了拒绝。如果我说，呆在这个位子，我任劳任怨，那是骗你的。没错，我是同学和教授的主要沟通桥梁，但竟然会有一些同学为了自己的问题请我代他向教授说；还有一些没去上课，或上课没用心听课的同学常常给我传简讯问东问西；也有一些，我在课上问有没问题时都不举手，等到讨论结束后才来给我说不行，等等等。这些都是很让人懊恼的，有一阵子我甚至是很反感地不爱带手机出门。后来，听了 Jeannie 的分享后，我决定采取拒绝和不理会的方式。久而久之，简讯少了，聪明的都会直接给我拨电话。看到这里，如果你发现自己是其中一个“受害者”，请不要生气哦！我不回简讯有时是不想回；有时是真的忘了回或没收到简讯（尤其是凌晨给我发的简讯）。

虽然这个位子并不会让我得到任何直接性的回报，但迎来的却是一个接一个的好机会，让我把握和学习。当了班长的一年后，我再次靠华裔的力量，当上了PTI 的 EXCO，迎接了更多好机会，My Activity 的记录美美地迅速增加了。当班长给我带来的机会还不仅如此，因为常常和教授接触，每每学校要办活动需要人手帮忙时，我总是会给予机会成为一份子，所以My Activity 的记录就这样每年都在增加，我所学到和接触到的人与事更是助我成长了。这些机会成就了今天的我，一个和四年前差落甚大的我。以前和朋友出门时，我总是夹在一群人中间或后面；现在常常发现自己不经意地走在最前面，就算我并不知道我们要去那里。最近一直在留意自己这已被潜意思控制的可笑举动，当我发现自己走在朋友的前面时，我就放慢脚步，让他们都超越我。但是，边聊边走了一阵子之后，我又发现自己走在朋友前面了，而我依然是那个不懂方向的人。这已是一种发自真本性的好胜与爱表现的举动，却也是积极的象征，所以必须找个平衡点，劝自己该低调些......XD

一切都从当班长开始，我的大学生涯变得很不一样。所以每每提起这段经历，我感触很深，也有好多好多话想说。为同学服务了四年，只是想过也许在毕业典礼时会收到一些礼物，但万万没想过他们会给我一个惊喜的感恩宴。我不想为我那天零分的观察力感到抱歉，因为要不是这样，我也不会打从心底地感动起来。那是很特别的日子，第一次聚集了班上华巫印20多位同学，我竟然还可以相信大家只是很巧和地碰上了。Yus 在沙滩上写上“Thanks, Shin”时，Clarian 在一旁好演地抗议为什么只给欣儿，我依然没有怀疑什么，因为我真的没想过这一切会发生。当Yus数着1、2、3 时，我竟然以为我会被推下海。后来，凯琪捧着蛋糕从人群中窜出来时，看到蛋糕写着"Shin, Thx 4 Everything"时，我愣得说不出话来，大家却很无厘头在那里唱着生日歌。那一刻，无数回忆迅速掠过脑海：我埋怨过，怎么我像是被利用着，也埋怨过怎么可以把我的付出看得那么理所当然。原来大家都有珍惜和感激，只是负面的情绪把我的双眼掩住了，一切都只在一念之差啊！想着想着鼻子就酸酸的，激动得眼泪也流出来了。那是我第一次感觉被如此地重视，再次谢谢嘉敏的安排和大家的用心，还有那一件被涂鸦的T-恤，感激不尽。

大家都来自不同的远方，将来可以齐聚一堂的机会肯定少之又少了。这张合照尤其珍贵，因为身后的槟桥将会是记忆永恒的象征——一个让我们相聚了四年的地方。愿大家前程似锦，友谊......“永固”这两个字让我写得很犹豫，散落各地的我们做得到吗？能吗？若数年之后我召集同学会，会有多少人出席呢？哈！我挺期待。

百感的精彩周

当Adele的离去和我的生日靠近时，
这个星期有了不少突然穿插的节目，
荣幸的是都有人请吃，哈哈哈！

6月7日（星期一），下午打完羽球，
惯例和大家吃晚餐。
不意外中的意外，
朋友们替我庆祝生日了！
可爱的Tere，中午sms我问哪里的蛋糕好吃，
她说要为6月7日生日的朋友庆祝。
可是据我所知，当天下午她只约了我们啊！
所以，大概猜到咯，嘻嘻嘻！
但我还是很识做的不说出来，
只是带了凉鞋和衣服去换。

我想去Butterworth Cafe是嘉敏的建议吧？
很巧的，决定好的庆祝地点和我建议的地点符合。
亏她还能在那和我演，问我要去哪儿晚餐，
害我一度以为我的猜测错误了，哈！
可是，当来到餐厅时，看到Adele和Ah Boon都出现时，
我就肯定，当晚我是VIP！哈哈哈！
但没有人说起，直到蛋糕被捧出来......
笨蛋哦！一开始我竟然没有发现蛋糕被“光明正大”地捧进餐厅里！！
还以为嘉敏用心良苦让蛋糕混后门了！ =.=

那里的食物果然名不虚传，
意大利面很好吃，我喜欢。
还要谢谢餐厅赠的Tiramisu，
意外我不再对它反感，反而觉得超好吃的！

这是属于我的第一个生日蛋糕，很漂亮！
还有，第一次有那么多人为我唱生日歌，感恩啊。
谢谢有出席的Kar Min, Li Ying, Adele, Ee Kai, Sam, Teresia, Liana & Tai Boon；还要谢谢合了蛋糕钱的Tang和Jane。

庆祝完毕回到家已经是蛮夜了，却还坚持要上网。
Facebook已经有不少生日祝贺，都一一回复了
一整晚流连在MSN和Facebook聊天
竟也酱呆到了2am
心情很好，一度睡不着，哈哈哈！
谢谢大家的祝福，
想不到在网上倒数生日也可以那么开心！

6月8日，我生日当天
在公司也得到很多人的祝福
竟发现Mandy的哥哥也和我同天生日
却忘了给同年同月同日生的涵涵献上祝福
晚上，准时放工回到家
家人意外我早归家
没想到我生日当晚是盛着寂寞心情的
只因傻傻等着一个“不可能”站在我面前
当夜愈来愈深，也只能给自己报以无奈的傻笑
算了吧，找些别的来做
开了电脑，把所有《缘•续》的资料都搬出来
这一看又是到了2am......
这是给自己的生日礼物吧！哈！
好像找回了什么，办营的热情又回来了。
：）谢谢进业，面对了才发现自己并没有彻底失败。

6月9日，和Adele约了Jimmy在著名的Lekker Claypot晚餐
穿着衬衫、西裤的他，一副很Smart的样子
离开Kerry后，他作了一份更适合自己的工作，恭喜他
他看到我在FB写了不少公司的事，所以追着我问详情
当然也聊了不少与未来有关的事
很庆幸自己在实习的时候看到很多事
也遇到不少Senior给予指点
让我知道关于这行业，我可以步上的路途有哪些
这一餐是Jimmy请客，谢谢！

6月10日
Emi突然说当晚要为Adele践行
联络了Thean，她建议去唱K
所以，当晚Emi，Lim，Thean，Adele和我到AMP Square去了
因为年龄阶层差距甚大，23 -34++
各自选的歌曲难免会尴尬有人不会唱
还好场面有渐热起来
我竟然是最high的那个
和Adele飚《倒带》，也和Thean飚《三天三夜》
歌声没有Thean的好听，只是在斗大声、高音和走音，哈哈哈！
后来唱着《 I Gotta Feeling》时，还疯狂跳起舞来
累哦！因为当天刚好忙了一整天的Nigeria FDA Audit
我们7pm进KTV，唱到近11pm都没有人来赶人
所以我们就坐在里面聊天咯，
Thean 还是很关心我们在QA的近况
担心我们会被欺负，所以像个严师不断授课
一个可以像朋友那样的能干经理，感恩，酱也给我遇到了
这一晚，Emi和Lim请客了，谢谢！
Emi第一次和我唱K，她说和我唱很爽，因为我不会拘束
但说真的，那晚，是我唱K最丢形象的一次咯！>.<

6月11日, Adele最后一天在Kerry实习
Yee Jing闲来没事，在公司给她弄了一张卡
我们也在卡里写上祝福
当大家说着依依不舍的话，忙拍照时
我只懂照惯例做自己的事
就像每一场营的最后时段
我都只想站在一旁，让所有人看不见
那样的场面让我很不自在
原来我是个不懂面对离别场面的人
她是我在Kerry最要好的朋友啊......
我在压抑，不想表现些什么
那天我和她聊得好少、好少
放工时，我比她们都迟离开
缘分啊，还是在停车场碰面了
微笑着，我给了她一个拥抱就说了再见离去
我叫她别哭，但原来泛红了眼眶的是我
哈！不能给她看见！她一定笑我......

6月12日，约了兴隆和嘉敏去爬山
谢谢老天，果然没下雨
太久没爬了，还没到第二站就觉得昏昏地了
没要他们停下等我
休息一会儿，觉得好多了之后就继续上路
到了第三站，没想到他们就在那儿，还打算不爬了下去找我
既然都到第三站了，当然应该上到第四站去咯
我喜欢那里，因为有挂在树干上的摇床
所以还是继续往上爬了
哇！速度还是比他们慢很多了，一度想停下
突然听到悦耳的歌声从更高处传来，越来越近我
终于看到了两位歌喉很好的伯伯
我给他们鼓掌，还双手举了个“赞”的手势
他们乐开了怀，说遇到了知音人，还和我聊了几句
突然像是得到了鼓励般，充满力量，上啊！
终于到了！！被凉凉的气候包围着，
睡在摇床看天空真舒服啊~~~>.<
本来打算到“森林茶坊”吃早餐，但竟然没开！:S
兴隆带我们到一个人山人海的咖啡店吃早餐
我要了“辣死你妈”，超大盘的，遂也成了我的午餐
嘻嘻嘻！兴隆请客！这星期我超有福的。
过后带了嘉敏游了一下有百年历史的St. Anne Church
回家途中看到Popular布条说有折扣展
顺道去了一趟美嘉广场，
照惯例翻了很多励志书籍，却只买一本 :p

喔！好精彩、好有福的一个星期

虎年疯——校闻聚会

2008年2月18日

我昨晚还是去了仪雯家参加日中校闻聚会
我已将近48小时没见到爸爸了
希望他没被这女儿气着了
今晚的羽球取消了
乖一点了啦

昨晚和大家翻着当年的《校闻》
才想起老总冠华曾经和全校的师生开了个玩笑
他在《编者感言》向大家下”挑战书“
说下一期《校闻》一定会在某月前出版
怎么知道到后来还是办不到
结果不单不认错
还骗大家说下“挑战书”的老总已引疚辞职
哈哈哈哈！
当年的我们竟然都不觉得这件事有多大的问题
这是一份会发布给全校几千位师生的刊物咧
当年怎么会容忍这么不专业的玩笑出现呢？

我们的社刊创刊号里夹了一张很大张的“关系图”
画着三十多位社员错综复杂的关系
大都是纯属绯闻而已
却被我们弄得真有其事似的
虽然如此，一些混淆的关系还是存在着的
我和淑凌到现在还是很同性恋的样子咯
哈哈哈哈！
想当年啊~~我们真有创意

我还阅回了当年我写在校闻专栏的一篇文章
很露骨地批评着新校长方成实行的一大堆改革
忘了当年自己为何会有那么多的不满和冲动
却记得朋友的老师在她们班问起谁是“林欣儿”
但老实说，我历经日新三代校长的领导
方成校长却是我最敬爱的
听到如今日新在陈金钟校长的领导下发生那么多风波
我们也只能感叹教育界也只是个包着金装的是非地

年少的我们总有本事闹出很多笑话
哭笑不得的也好
回想起来都会是美好的
日中校闻社
我依然找不到除了她以外让我更有归属感的社团
一个只有约三十人的社团带我步进了人生转折点
我还记得，当我觉得自己只可以当个小组长时
仪雯和我说，我有资格当上文书
我的自信始于校闻
我爱上写作也因为校闻

社团小不代表什么都会搞不好
反而给了一个人更多的机会学习更多的东西
凝聚力强才是最重要的

虎年疯

２０１０年２月１７日

今年的新年确实过得比往年充实
今年的新年天气也比往年的酷热
初一和初二的下午我都饱享午觉
到了傍晚就是我活动的时间了！！

初一傍晚淑凌带了小小来我家
我想反正她都来到了就不如再约多一些人热闹些
于是拨起电话来
无意间得知翠娴要宴客
后来我们都聚集到她家吃火锅了
好久不见的迎科出现了
就连11年不曾聚头的铭佳也来了
真~的~很意外！！！
吃完火锅后我们去了AMP 唱K
过后再需摊到北海吃猪母霜
还以为那是什么猪肉拌冰霜之类的怪食物
原来那只是水煮八爪鱼
那天我回到家时已是凌晨3点钟

初二下午我接了慧绮和秀玲去淑凌家
她教我们玩最考脑力的扑克牌游戏
过后我们去了汽车城
参加历年来最大型的励桥99年毕业生同学会
参与人数将近30位
几乎霸了Segafredo一半的位子
和往年不一样的是，这一次的同学会不再限于6M班了
好多都已是11年不曾见面和联络的同学
好多人都变了样，性格都变了
好多人被翻旧帐
十几年没再听到的花名和绯闻都被挖出来了
往年的尴尬都已淡成如今的笑声
聊着以前、聊着现在
好喜欢酱的感觉
当年不爱说话的联财是这次聚会的策划人
通过面子书很成功地把大家聚起来了
很谢谢他，因为那确实不是简单的工作
后来我们还续摊到淑凌家去“开台”、喝酒
她那堆生日时收到的礼物都不晓得要喝到何时才会完
我提早离开了，希望我没错过太多好戏
自己开车总不好让家人太担心
回到家时已是凌晨一点多
初三我家很热闹
大姑、小姑、舅舅和宝贝们都到了
真是该骂的，我还是在接近傍晚时趴趴走了
我去了甘妹家，还走访了Zhee Kee, Yuan Zhen & Ying Si 家
过后又再光临汽车城参与U6B2聚会
没想到这次的出席的U6B2人也多达16位咧
很心疼的是，这一顿把我双唇辣肿的四川晚餐花了我RM30.50
间中我离队去了兴隆家坐坐
过后，大家再续摊到诗琳家看王祖蓝跳Poker Face和玩Killer
原来Killer有那么多玩法的
除了“眨眼”、“讨论”，原来还有“捉手”的玩法咧
这一天，我还是凌晨一点多才回到家

18个人合帐，每人得给RM30.50!!!!

这两壶茶竟然值RM118.80!!!

我知道家人已开始不满
我总是那么夜才回家
二姐说，换做是他那年代，
我早已被老豆下“封杀令”了
妈也已开口劝说：“开工了，别再到处乱跑。”
我不是不知道老豆的脾气
只是．．．．．．
今晚的聚会能不能让它成为我新年夜归的最后一个理由？

汽车城的Segafredo有提供扑克牌，但那里不是禁烟区，所以不喜欢烟味的朋友，别踏入。
汽车城的久久四川餐厅收费是很昂贵的，不喜欢酸辣食物的朋友，别踏入。

Sem End's Celebration

Yeah!! We had ended our fifth semester! Ya. I know it’s quite a long time ago. I write this just meant to record memorable events in my life, like a reporter. ^_^ This is the first time we can finish our final exam before the second last day of exam. Well! Big celebration for this end of semester! Hehehe! I finished the exam earlier than most of the course mates, so I had attended two celebrations for this end of sem. Right on the day I finished last paper (13/11), Khai Qi brought us to a vegetarian Japanese restaurant called Sushi Kitchen at Sg. Ara. Finally, Judy, Yee Ling and five of us able to gather again. Those attended that celebration included three others EnTech friends, Yi Harng, Josh and See Wah. Hahaha! Judy was the only representative from BPC, and actually Yi Harng and she still haven’t finished their last paper which is on second last day of exam. We had taken photos of each food we called, but I don’t have the photos now, I’ll upload after I get them. Anyway, if you interested, you can click here to have a look on other people’s introduction about the delicious foods there, or visit their blog for location map. Khai Qi said the serving size of the foods there were small, but I don’t think so, because the Fried Udon Mee I called able to 80% filled my stomach. Try the sushi there, it’s special and nice!! I like the mayonnaise put on top of the sushi. Hrm… FoodTech third year students wouldn’t be at USM on next sem, we were like having a farewell lunch. Thanks for Judy’s hug, it’s warm! ^.^ I might miss you all, especially Khai Qi and Li Ting, do our best for Kerry ya!

I had second end sem celebration on 16/11 at Red Box, our first destination. This might be our last gathering for this sem. Tang booked student’s package again, but this package included buffet dinner, yeah!!! But smaller room, yerrr... no stage and disco light...... =( Anyway, 14 peoples attended, and each of us paid RM25++ for 4 hrs. WORTH! But we actually can get a cheaper price and longer time, so sorry as I forgot to bring my Matrik card T.T Sorry~~~

This was my first time in lobby of G Hotel, my first time in 5 stars hotel. WOW! GORGEOUS!!!

Our second destination was Bee Mee’s family’s apartment which is still new and nobody stayed. It’s beautiful and had been fully furnished. Her parents were so attentive. They even prepared new beddings for us. Thanks to them for allowing us had 'house warming' for them. >.<

SURPRISE!! A belated and earlier celebration for birthday girls from August to January. Hahaha! It's quite a big range.

Wen Wei(6/1), Pek Shan(22/11), Li Ying(12/8), Kar Min(12/1), Aie Fhen(3/12), and Jun Wei(24/11).

After birthday celebration, we played KILLER again till morning. We had been complained for making noise in the mid night by neighbor. Hence, we had to move to a closed room.

Hahaha! They said I had showed what's interesting about the game. I was a Killer in one of the games but I managed to convince most of them to believe that I am the Police and supported me to kill the real Policeman in the first round. I din't expect that I managed to continue for third round before Tang convinced others to believe me. Hahaha! Sorry, Tang, I broke your trust for me. They doubted me only at fifth round. Hahaha! My technique was not perfect enough to win the game, but I 'died' proudly, hahaha!

We dismissed around 8am on 17/11. I took a short nap on table before part of us continued for dim sum at Bali Hai Seafood Restaurant, Gurney Drive. After that, it's our separation for almost half year (except those still stay in Penang like me >.<) Take care everyone, and have a happy internship for next sem.

Moon Cake Festival Celebration

I had my first Moon cake Festival celebration with XXT friends on 29th of Sept, Monday. Since I had class on that night, I went late for the celebration but I had exempted from paid RM20, thanks for Jeannie to ask Yukina to claim the money from Prof Teng if she want. Hehehe!

We had theme for the celebration which called 月光野餐. This was not a simply eat and chat gathering, games and performances were prepared. I had my first try on 相声with Jeannie. I felt myself like to try on various type of performance recently, hehehe, but I know myself not really born for performance stage. I prepared a drama script and hand language for 回乡too! Both were also my virgin works, but they were declared loosed the chance to present not long after I completed. Haiz! OK! Never mind, I accepted but still felt little disappointment for the cancelation of 回乡. The 相声was actually another performance for 回乡，Jeannie and I made a pre-presentation on it when月光野餐. I didn’t feel nervous any more when performing on the spot, but I know I didn’t do well for it as my Chinese speaking not professional and a bit pretentious. Thanks for all of your comments; I will do better if I still have another chance. Hehehe. After games and performances, we light on our lanterns and had a walk in the dark of USM. I taught we will go further up to the hill for night view on Penang Bridge, but we ended up made a round around the roundabout. It was funny because a row of 17 peoples made a turn on the roundabout while other transports were moving. Actually, I did go for the night view in front of HEP before attend 8pm class. Let’s see the beautiful photos……^.^

I had another Moon Cake Festival celebration on 2nd of Oct, Friday night. It was an event with course mates. Khai Qi brought us to QB for vegetarian Rou Gu Cha. I think a lot of you never tried before, it was really delicious especially the wine soup. I like it ^o^. After back from QB, Kar Min and I went to Tesco Extra search for foods and drinks for the celebration. Quite a lot of things we bought, hehehe, because we afraid the junk foods, sandwich and moon cakes might not sufficient to fill everyone stomach! Luckily, she suggested cooking noodles, even though it was just 5 packs of Mee Sedap ;P

Finally, these were the foods we prepared for that night. It seem like not a lot, but 11 of us still not manage to finish all.

We were planning to celebrate Clarian birthday too, which was on 3rd of Oct. We reached Saujana gym park at about 8.30pm but don't know why Tang required Clarian to come an hour later... pity Clarian....

While waiting Clarian, a group of Malays who were also having 'picnic' at another side of the park, sang birthday song!! Wow! Another birthday celebration there... Jane generously gave out her favourite green lantern to the birthday girls even we don't know each other. Hahaha...then...

we took a chance to have a group photo with them too. How sweat it was.... since we really don't know any of them. GOOD!! That's called ONE MALAYSIA....XD kekeke

After that was Clarian's turn. Since it was a windy night, we worked hard to light on the candles. Hehehe! Never saw moon cakes as birthday cake and light on with candles, right? Two big moon cake plus two smaller, meant he was 22 years old!!

...then I needed to help him cut the rest. because he was so hungary to wait his dinner until 9.30pm. Tang's false....XD

Just eating and chating were quite boring, so Wen Wei suggested to play a game called 'Killer' by her but called 'Mafia' by me. The time when I played this game, Mafia Wars was not yet popular on Facebook. When they heard I called this game as Mafia, they kept laughing and said wanted to move laptop down to play. T.T yerrr.... It's really called Mafia when first introduced to me......sob...

After played the a few round of the games, all suddenly changed mind to play lanterns. It's actually because we are photographic-phillic (word created by Kar Min), thaught to take more photos with the beautiful lanterns. Hohoho! The biggest one was mine!! Like a Queen being protected. Hahaha!

More artistic!! I like this photo. If the Moon looked bigger might be better. Lanterns with the Moon can be the perfect match in the dark. Moreover, you can see Li ting smiling to the Moon, that's the contented feeling for Moon Cake Festival. Wow! hahaha! Li Ting, don't 'hao lian' ya! I am not really praising you....

Back to the game after SS... XD

This was the Moon at aroud 3am. It was so bright and round before the rain fell.

We moved to sheltered location when rainning. No body felt to back home or hostel, even though it was almost 4am. Good! Then, Mafia game continued......

After 5am something, most of us almost collapsed. I fell into short slept while waiting the Killer been caught. XD

Finally... Tang was the Killer!!! How unexpected!!! He killed me (the Doctor) and Li Ting (the Police) but still pretent innocent!! The Killer won the last game!!! OMG! Look at Li Ting, she was so angry to throw a shoe on him. Me?! Almost energiless to react....XD

Steamboat Treated by Juniors

Date of activity: 13rd of Sept 2009

There is a tradition passed one generation to another generation in our school. Two years ago, we (all first year Chinese students in TI school) had paid RM30++ to treat Chinese seniors a buffet lunch at a restaurant in Komtar. First year students had to treat third year students, of course there might be a gap between us. Yes, most of us don’t know who our super-junior is. I think our juniors might also felt not worth to treat strangers like what we thought last time. But, like what my senior told me last time, “It’s a way to appreciate the notes, reports, pass year papers… passed by seniors to you.” Hahaha. It’s true! It’s a good tradition in TI school, because seniors will automatically pass their ‘academic HELP’ to us. But absolutely it’s not a good attitude from the view of every lecturer.

The steamboat dinner was on 13rd of Sept 2009 (Sun), but the junior representative informed me about this invitation on 11st of Sept (Fri). It was so rush for me to inform everyone about this. Jun Wei had booked bus ticket back home, Aaron had left for student exchange program, Khai Qi had activity clashed, and Jeannie and I had activities clashed too!! Jeannie and I had to attend Green Lung Interaction Day, which was ended around 7.30pm. The bus had to leave USM around 5.30pm. Luckily we manage to get permission from the president to leave the activity earlier, but I don’t know whether we are still Green Lung's members for now.

Every of us were so excited for this steamboat. Finally, 18/21 Chinese students from third year Foodtech attend the dinner. HL also joined, but he had to pay for himself, as this dinner was not free for fourth year senior. We really had fun there, and I think Foodtech seniors were those who enjoyed the most. We were so noisy and took photo non-stopped.

This was the only table with everyone stand up while eating. Hahaha!

What would they expected from a burned pan? Too hungry?!

Wherever the camera faced to, there might be a magnetic field attract most of us stick to the direction… Hahaha! A big group of SS seniors… Luckily none of us wear T-shirt with USM logo.

I should call her SS queen! She likes self-picturing very much. Look! Even though self-picturing also can attract so many people stick together under her hand. WoW!

We have more than three cameras brought during that time. So, these were normal to have cross capturing scenario.

Some of the juniors had entered XXT and become the committees of 14th Batch XXT. I am so glad to hear about that. In the last XXT meeting, I just found out who is the rep. of first year. OMG! He was so talkative and hyperactive! If you were interested to know, he was the second guy stood at the second row counted from upper right side in the photo.
